It all depends…
Women choose to get help for many reasons, including:
It is no secret that women are regularly pulled in a million different directions and often, as a result, their wardrobe (blissfully hidden behind closed closet doors) suffers. This makes getting dressed frustrating at best and nearly impossible at its worst. Oversized sweatshirts, yoga clothes, shapeless sweaters, & black pants with a non-descript sweater abound. Unfortunately, while these things are quick and easy, they do nothing to bring a sense of freshness and delight to your experience of getting dressed every day.
The good news is that it doesn’t have to be that way. My services range from a simple personalized color analysis to the ‘Your Style, Your Way’ workshop that happens 3 times a year to an online course (www.dress2impressyourself.com) to private one-on-one programs.
Whatever you chose, with a dose of new awareness, expert, gentle guidance, a few tweaks, a resource of practical tips, you can look and feel great every time you get dressed. It’s all about what works for you to help you get where you want to go.
I will support you in trying new things on for size, so to speak. It is your willingness to experiment and play that will open your eyes to new possibilities. And, I promise I will keep you from making any choices that make you look or feel silly or inappropriate (this is a constant concern for many women, especially as they get older or their bodies change).
That can be answered on a number of different levels. Each step you take along the way gives you results – some big, some small that add up to big as you go along. Remember, this is not a television makeover show. I am not going to bully you into making changes. Everyone moves at her own pace and that’s absolutely fine. And, to be honest, some changes might come easily and some might take a little more time and practice. The important part is that I am there to help you integrate the changes and celebrate the results. Our personal style is very…well…personal and it is important to allow yourself time to make these changes one step at a time – that is the way to long-lasting transformation!
I have walked in your shoes. I know what it feels like to long to create a style/look that feeds my soul and brings me joy. I searched for nearly 30 years to find a look that really made my heart sing—it was worth the wait. Now, for the past 29 years, I have chosen to share my experience, journey, and knowledge with others in a way that empowers them.
I am also not driven by the fads and fashion trends. My clients are real women with real lives who want to look fabulous in a way that is authentic for them. I love helping them unwrap the beauty of who they are and begin to nurture that to create a personal style they love.
The most important thing when working with an image consultant is to feel comfortable with that person. To feel completely confident that they understand your needs, honor your choices, and help make it fun and exciting!
That depends. Some women pack it all into several weeks or months and others spread it out. Some regularly attend my workshops and small group shopping events because they enjoy working in a group setting. And, some clients have shopped with me privately two or three times a year for over the past 15-20+ years. It is all up to you and depends on what results you want, how quickly and intensively you want to get those results, and what your budget is. There is no right or wrong way—it is all about what works for you. We can talk and figure that out together.
If this all sounds intriguing and exciting to you but you don’t know where to start then first you want to Book a call. This is an opportunity (with no pressure) to assess where your needs are and how best to address them.
Here’s to helping you create a look you love with beauty, style & grace,
“Ginger, your services are too precious to put a price tag on. Thank you for helping me with this process of rediscovering myself and being comfortable with who I am instead of wasting time hiding from it. Beauty is much more than just the clothes we wear, I now know the true meaning of this. Thank you so much! ”
