AOL Subscribers:
If you are subscribing with an AOL address, please note that they often refuse to deliver your newsletter to you even if though you personally subscribed. The best way to avoid this is to subscribe with an e-mail address other than AOL (you can always set up a free e-mail account through yahoo.com or hotmail.com). Knowing this if you still want to subscribe using your AOL address, please do (they are inconsistent about when they block them and when they don’t), it might help to put my e-mail address in your address book (ginger@totalimageconsultants.com). Unfortunately, I do not always know when they do this so I cannot keep you informed until your e-mail address bounces so many times and you are automatically unsubcribed.
